CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
As per the Booking Conditions of the Tour, the cancellation charges will be applicable for any cancellation request of the tour, either by the customer or any member of the group. This will be intimated at the time of booking. In any other case, including ‘No Show’, the Company shall make no refund to the customer.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds (if any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid by the Company only after receiving written request from the customer within TEN days from the date of the scheduled completion of the tour (as per the Itinerary). Refund will be the sole discretion of the Company & shall be made by the Company only after deducting applicable cancellation charges. Any refunds, whether payment received in Indian rupees or foreign exchange, will be affected in Indian Rupees only at the prevailing Foreign Exchange buying rate. All refunds will be processed once the respective service providers has given the credit. Refund will be strictly remitted to respective customer account only.
JURISDICTION
Indian law will govern the terms & conditions of this package. Any disputes between customer and the company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Kochi.
