CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
If you cancel our contract any time to 30 days prior to your departure: a 5% service fee along with any non-refundable costs will be applied
If you cancel our contract 30 to 16 days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 50% of total tour cost
If you cancel our contract 15 to 0 (zero) days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 100% of total tour cost
Child under 3 (sharing the same bed with parent): Free of charge
Child from 3-5 years old: 50% price of adult in case sharing the same bed with parent
Child from 6-10 years old: 75% price of adult in case sharing the same bed with parent and 100% price of adult in case using an extra bed
Child from 11 years old: counted as adult and will have an extra bed

2 Doze COVID Vaccine Certificate (in case not completed with 2 Doze then please take RT-PCR Negative Test Result from the origin country within

Rates quoted in INR based on Net and Non Commissionable
Rates valid for minimum 2 Adults and there will be rate changes if there is any changes on pax number
Child under 02 Years considered as Infant and Free of Charge
Rates valid for same arrival and departure time otherwise extra charge for different transfers will be applied.
No Refund for unused services
No rooms being blocked and hotel confirmation will be subject to availability upon booking.
