CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY :

As per the Booking Conditions of the Tour, there will be 100% cancellation charges for any cancellation request of the tour, either by the customer or any member of the group. In any other case, including 'No Show', the Company shall make no refund to the customer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
  • No rooms, flights, transfers, sightseeing services or other services will be considered confirmed unless confirmed in writing by the company.
  • Any provisional booking or request does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
  • Confirmation is subject to receipt of the required booking amount/payment within the stipulated time.
  • The rates quoted in INR are based on the prevailing Rate of Exchange and subject to change at the time of confirmation.
  • In the event of any change in the applicable ROE at the time of confirmation or final payment, the package cost may be revised accordingly.
  • Any increase in government taxes, fuel surcharges, airline charges, hotel rates, entrance fees, or other mandatory charges after the quotation will be payable by the passenger.
  • Hotel accommodation is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is generally from 15:00 hrs and check-out is generally by 12:00 hrs.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically booked and confirmed in advance.
  • Hotels reserve the right to modify their check-in/check-out timings as per their operational policies.
  • Any additional charges for early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, extra beds, or additional services will be payable directly by the passenger unless otherwise specified.
  • Hotel may ask security deposit at the time of check in which passenger has to pay either by cash or credit card.
  • The itinerary provided is indicative and may be modified, rearranged or shuffled due to weather conditions, operational requirements, traffic conditions, flight/ferry schedules, local regulations, or other circumstances beyond the company's control.
  • The company will make reasonable efforts to provide the services included in the itinerary; however, the sequence of sightseeing and activities may change.
  • In the event of operational changes, alternative arrangements may be provided wherever reasonably possible.
  • The company will assist passengers wherever possible but will not be responsible for operational decisions taken by airlines, ferry operators or other third-party service providers.
  • Passengers must report at the designated pick-up point at the specified time.
  • If a passenger misses a scheduled transfer due to late arrival or failure to report on time, the service will be treated as utilised and no refund will be applicable.
  • Passengers must be ready at the hotel reception/lobby at the designated time for all tours, excursions and transfers.
  • Delays caused by passengers may result in missed services, additional charges or cancellation of the service without refund.
  • All passengers must carry a valid passport and all required travel documents throughout the journey.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their passports have the required validity and sufficient blank pages, wherever applicable.
  • Visa requirements, immigration regulations and entry conditions are subject to the rules of the respective country and may change without prior notice.
  • The passenger is responsible for providing correct and complete information and documents required for visa processing and travel
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all passengers and should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss/delay, personal accident and other relevant travel risks.
  • Passengers are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings, passports, cash, credit/debit cards, air tickets, visas, travel documents, electronic devices and other valuables.
  • All services specifically included in the package are considered part of the confirmed package.
  • No refund will be provided for any service, sightseeing, meal, transfer, accommodation or activity voluntarily not utilised by the passenger.
  • No refund will be applicable for services missed due to late arrival, failure to report on time, personal reasons, or voluntary cancellation during the tour
  • Meals are provided as per the meal plan specifically mentioned in the quotation/package.
  • Any unused meals will not be refundable.
  • Any amendment to confirmed bookings will be subject to availability and applicable amendment/rebooking charges.
  • Hotels, airlines, ferry operators, transport companies, restaurants, sightseeing operators and other suppliers are independent third-party service providers.
  • The company acts as an organiser/coordinator of the travel arrangements and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, delays, service failures or policy decisions of independent third-party suppliers beyond the company's reasonable control.
  • Passengers are expected to comply with local laws, hotel rules, immigration requirements, transportation regulations and instructions provided by the tour operator/local representatives.
  • Any damage caused to hotel rooms, vehicles or other property due to passenger negligence or misconduct will be payable by the passenger directly to the concerned service provider.
  • In case of an emergency, passengers should immediately contact the designated emergency number and the local representative wherever applicable.
  • Payment of the booking amount and/or confirmation of the package will be considered as acceptance of the quotation, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policy and the above Terms & Conditions.
  • Passengers are advised to read and understand all terms and conditions before making payment or confirming the booking.
