You are responsible for keeping your OTP login details and account credentials strictly confidential. Any booking made under your verified mobile number or email address will be deemed authorized by you.
Bookings & payments.
All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms of the respective airline, hotel, or operator. Confirmations are only finalized once full payment is successfully processed.
We accept credit/debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and authorized wallets. A convenience fee is charged for facilitating bookings and is non-refundable.

Cancellations & refunds.
Cancellations and amendments are subject to the specific rules of the travel provider (e.g. airline fare rules, hotel policies) and Unimoni's standard service fee.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source and generally take 7 to 14 business days, depending on carrier clearance.

Unimoni is not liable for direct carrier defaults, itinerary changes, baggage loss, or hotel service defects.
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays resulting from Force Majeure events, including weather anomalies, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, wars, or government travel bans.
Data & personal privacy.
We collect, process, and safeguard your personal details and booking history in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By booking with us, you consent to sharing your details (such as passport info, contact numbers, names) with third-party suppliers like airlines and hotels as necessary to fulfill your travel plans.
