Please have your reference number (e.g. WM-ENQ-XXXX) or airline PNR code handy. Note that airline charge penalties + standard Unimoni service fees apply depending on the fare terms.
For initial booking, you can lock currency rates or request loaded multicurrency travel cards online. However, as an RBI Authorized Category AD-II Dealer, we are legally required to verify your travel documents (passport, visa, pan card) offline. You can easily submit documents online or drop by any of our 100+ nationwide retail outlets.
Once a booking cancellation is confirmed, approved refunds are credited back to your original payment card or bank account. Depending on airline clearings and banking cycles, the transaction will reflect in your account within 7 to 14 business days.
Yes! Lounge passes and eSIM cards can be booked and delivered digitally in real time. For chauffeur-driven airport transfers or bus bookings, we recommend making requests at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability and dispatch synchronization.
